We aim to offer you the best possible service and dispatch all UK orders within 24 hours via courier service using City Link.

P&P £4.95 for the UK next day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm. (Please allow upto 48 hours if going to a private address and 24-48 hours if going to a business)

P&P £19.95 for Southern Ireland, Channel Islands (5-7 days)

P&P £15.00 for Northern Ireland and Highlands (3-5 days)

Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, 8am – 5:30pm (please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days).  If you’re not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe place to leave your parcel, they will leave a card and then attempt to deliver it two more times on the next working days. Follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange a redelivery of your order.

*Kylie at Home, Kirstie Allsopp and Pebble Cushions  items may take upto 7-10 days. We currently update our stock on a daily basis. If an item becomes out of stock for any reason, we will contact you with the expected delivery date, or a full refund will be offered.
