How long is delivery?
Delivery is within 7 working days, however we aim for delivery within 2-3 days. We do not send out packages on Saturdays or Sundays.
What do I do if I change my mind and want to exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange for a different item, please e-mail info@cushioncouture.com stating your intent. If it is not a faulty product please return to:
ZJ Handling, Unit 5, Warth Industrial Park, Warth Road, Bury, BL9 9MB.
(Cost of postage for return will be at your own expense, unless faulty. Once recieved we will then send the exchanged items to you with no delivery charge)
What happens if i want a refund?

The cost of postage for return will be at your own expense. We will refund for the products once recieved, however your original postage cost will not be returned.
Which products do you supply to trade?
We supply all cushions under Cushion Couture, Jeff Banks and Spode. We also supply the Table Runners and Throws.
