Shipping And Handling UK Shipping
We try to keep postage charges to an absolute minimum. Our current charges are: £4.95 for all UK mainland destinations. £12.00 to Ireland, Channel Islands and Highlands.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch orders within 7 days of your order being placed, providing all items are in stock. We do not send out packages on Saturdays or Sundays.

If you would like to return an item providing it is in its original condition and within 7days we can offer a full refund or exchange. This does not effect in anyway your statutory rights. Please email info@cushioncouture.com stating your intent to return and order number.

The customer is responsible for postage charges to return an item unless goods are faulty in which case we will refund the cost of postage. Please ensure you use a recorded delivery as Cushion Couture will not be responsible for lost items.
